Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of DGT Test in English (“the service”), operated by Duncan Mackintosh. By creating an account or making a payment you agree to these terms.

The service

DGT Test in English is an independent study tool for people preparing for the Spanish driving theory test. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Dirección General de Tráfico (DGT). We make no guarantee that using this service will result in passing the official test.

Access and payment

• Access costs €27 as a one-time payment.
• Access is granted for 12 months from the date payment is confirmed.
• Access is personal and non-transferable.
• Payments are currently handled manually. You will receive login credentials by email after payment is confirmed, normally within 24 hours.

7-day refund guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason, email us at [email protected] within 7 days of your payment and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.

Acceptable use

• You may not share your login credentials with others.
• You may not copy, redistribute, or resell any content from the service.
• You may not attempt to access other users’ accounts or data.

Content accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to keep question content and road rule explanations accurate, but we cannot guarantee they reflect current DGT regulations. Always verify critical information against official sources before your test.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will notify active users by email of any material changes.
